Return & Exchange Policy


At 4BROKE we work hard to ensure that our products are to the highest quality. We believe that unless we have 100% customer satisfaction, our hard work does not count. Hence it is important to us that if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we will help you resolve the issue. Return policy

Unless faulty, all returned items must be in original condition with all product packaging still intact (this does not include the shipping packaging, e.g. envelopes, boxes, etc.) and the product is in a resellable condition. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your product.

Customers will be responsible for related shipping charges. However, in the rare case that you received an incorrect or faulty item, we will also cover the return shipping costs (be sure to send us a picture of the receipts otherwise we will not be able to cover the return shipping cost).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package. In most cases you will receive your refund a lot sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item from the return shipper (5 to 15 business days depending on your location), the time it takes us to process your return once it has been received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days depending on which bank you are with!).

We reserve the right to deny refunds. Only faulty items, incorrect items, and unopened and resellable items will be accepted for returns. Please contact us at info@4broke.com.au to begin the return process. 

Exchange policy

We are happy to exchange products for customers free of charge as long as the product packaging is still intact (this does not include shipping packaging, e.g. envelopes, boxes, etc.) and the product is in a resellable condition. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your product. 

Customers will be responsible for related shipping charges. 

You should expect to receive your exchange within 6 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases you will receive your exchange a lot sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item from the return shipper (5 to 15 days depending on your location), the time it takes us to process your return once it has been received (3 to 5 days), and the transit for you to receive the exchange product (5 to 15 days depending on your location).
